Data deletion instructions

You can request deletion of your ConFYI Post account and associated user data at any time.

1. Request deletion by email

Send an email to hello@opengrowthgroup.co from the email address connected to your ConFYI Post account.

Use the subject line ConFYI Post user data deletion.

2. What to include

Include the email address used for your account and, if applicable, the name of your workspace or organisation. We may ask for additional information only when necessary to verify that you are authorised to request the deletion.

3. Deletion timeline

After verifying your request, Open Growth Group INC will delete your ConFYI Post user data within 30 calendar days. We will email you when the deletion has been completed.
